e. Whether goodwill is being assigned 是否转让商誉
f. The consideration (a nominal sum such as US$1 would be acceptable) 对价（象征性金额如1美元可接受）
g. Names and designations of the authorized signatories and witnesses 授权签署人和证人的姓名和职务
