Trademark Renewal Application in Ecuador
1. The renewal application should be filed during the 6-month period prior to the expiry date. As the law of the Ecuador, the renewal application may be filed during the six-month grace period after the expiry date without additional charge of official fee.
2. Renewal certificate for Ecuador trademark will be issued in around 10-12 months from the date of filing.
3. Electronic Renewal certificate(s) will be issued.
4. Documents required for renewal Application in Ecuador: Original POA legalized by Ecuadorian consulate.
