1. 哥斯达黎加商标可在到期日前6个月提交续展申请。根据哥斯达黎加商标法规，在期满后的六个月宽限期内依然可以申请续展。宽限期结束前依然未提交续展申请的，将导致商标失效。
1. The renewal application should be filed during the 6-month period prior to the expiry date. Please note that as the trademark regulations of Costa Rica, the renewal application may be filed during the six-month grace period after the expiry date. Failure to file the renewal before the end of the grace period will result in the cancellation of the registration.
2. 哥斯达黎加商标自续展申请提交之日起1个月左右可以拿到续展证明。
