1. 洪都拉斯商标可在到期日前12个月提交续展申请。根据洪都拉斯相关法规在期满后的六个月宽限期内依然可以申请续展，但需缴纳额外费用。为避免商标因未使用而被他人撤销，注册人可以通过缴纳复原税（rehabilitation tax）来维持注册，向官方缴纳该费用可以视为实际使用。洪都拉斯商标注册后每年需缴纳年费，未缴纳的在商标续展的时候可一次性付清，否则不予续展。
1. The renewal application should be filed during the 12-month period prior to the expiry date. As the law of the Honduras, the renewal application may be filed during the six-month grace period after the expiry date by paying an additional charge. In order to avoid the cancellation of the trademark due to non-use, the register shall maintain the registration by paying a rehabilitation tax every year, and the payment of this fee to the official can be considered as actual use. The rehabilitation tax may be paid in one lump sum while filing the renewal application. Otherwise, the renewal application is not allowable.
