How to File Renewal for A Trademark in Singapore

1.  The renewal application should be filed within the 6-month prior to the expiry date in Singapore. 


     If the application is filed in grace period (6 months after the due date), the additional official fee will be charged. Failure to file the renewal before the end of the grace period will result in the cancellation of the registration. If you want to maintan the registration, restoration and renewal of the registration is required from the date of cancellation. The restoration and renewal fee shall be paid as well.

 

2. The trademark is automatically renewed as the application is submitted.

 

3. IPOS does not issue renewal certificate.

 

4. No Document is needed for renewal Application in Singapore.
