1. The renewal application should be filed within the 6-month prior to the expiry date in Vietnam. If the application is filed in grace period (6 months after the due date), the additional official fee will be charged. Failure to file the renewal before the end of the grace period will result in the invalidity of the trademark.
2. Documents required for renewal Application in Vietnam: Original copy of the Power of Attorney (no notarization/legalization required).
