1. All or Nothing Rule in China (Recordal of Name Change / Address Change)
According to Article 30.2 of Regulations for the Implementation of China Trademark Law: Where the name or address of a trademark registrant is changed, the trademark registrant shall make such changes to all of its registered trademarks. In the event that not all of the trademarks were changed together, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) will issue an Office Action, and failure to respond to the Office Action will result in the rejection of the applications.
2. Documents Required:
1) The scanned copy of the executed POA
2) The scanned copy of the good standing certificate
3) The official document proving the name change/Document indicating the current address, if any.
