1. The renewal application should be filed during the 1-year period prior to the expiry date in Russia. Please note that the renewal application may be filed during the six-month grace period after the expiry date by paying an additional charge. Failure to file the renewal before the end of the grace period will result in the cancellation of the registration. Late renewal beyond the allowed period is not available.
2. Renewal certificate for Russian trademark can be obtained around 2-3 months from the date of filing.
3. Renewal certificate(s) is issued in the form of paper.
4. Documents required for renewal Application in Russia: Original Notarized POA (power of attorney).
